Instructions for Working with Jodi

Everything you need to get started as a College Admission Coach Client is here. These are the steps you need to take after your initial consult:

1. Email Jodi and tell her that you want to move ahead and become a College Admission Coach client. This is important because we limit our number of students per grade. If you are on this page, chances are you have already done Step #1.

In an effort to be environmentally sustainable, all our forms are now electronic. Please allow ample time because each electronic form needs to be completed in one sitting. You cannot save it and come back to complete it at a later date.

2. Read the College Admission Coach Policies and Guidelines. Both the Parent and Student need to sign electronically.
3. The adult responsible for payment needs to complete and sign the Services Agreement. The current cost of comprehensive counseling is $7500.  There is a $200 sibling discount off the current price at the time you enroll a sibling of a college admission coach existing or former student.
4. Both the Parent and Student need to sign the Disclosure Form which allows us to contact the Student's school counselor and any test prep professionals with whom the student is working.
5. The Parent needs to complete and submit the Parent Intake Form.
6. The Student needs to complete and submit the Student Intake Form.

Please be sure that Jodi receives your initial payment within one week of forms submission. Your contract will not be considered valid until a payment is received. In addition, we cannot create the student's computer portal and send login information without both the Parent and Student Intake Forms!
